Refund policy
Our sweets, namkeen, bakery items and restaurant food are freshly prepared and perishable. For hygiene and food-safety reasons, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.
Cancellations
- You can cancel an order within 15 minutes of placing it by calling or WhatsApping us on +91 76077 44444.
- After 15 minutes the order goes into preparation and cannot be cancelled.
- Bulk, corporate and customised gift-box orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
Damaged, wrong or missing items
If your order arrives damaged, spoilt, incorrect or with items missing, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery (within 24 hours for orders delivered outside Lucknow) with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. After checking, we will either send a replacement or refund the affected items.
Refunds
- Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 5-7 working days.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, the advance paid online is refunded to the original payment method, and any amount paid in cash on delivery is refunded by UPI or bank transfer.
- Delivery charges are refunded only if the whole order is cancelled by us, or the order is delivered damaged or incorrect.
